Lincoln Center's Other Desert Cities, by Jon Robin Baitz, directed by Joe Mantello, will end its limited engagement as scheduled on Sunday, June 17, 2012.

The Michigan Shakespeare Festival, the official Shakespeare Festival of the State of Michigan, has announced that award winning actor Stacy Keach, regarded as perhaps America's greatest interpreter of the Bard's greatest roles, has given his support to the MSF mission and 2012 season. Thomas Sadoski returns to the role of Tripp Wyeth in Jon Robin Baitz's critically acclaimed new play OTHER DESERT CITIES, directed by Joe Mantello, beginning tonight, May 8 at 7 pm at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45 Street), joining co-stars Stockard Channing, Stacy Keach, Judith Light, and Elizabeth Marvel.

The Guthrie's 2012-13 season features three major Tony Award nominees, including the Pulitzer Prize-winning play Clybourne Park by Bruce Norris and Other Desert Cities by Jon Robin Baitz, which were both nominated for Best Play. The Guthrie's upcoming season also features Roger Rees as director of Crispin Whittell's new play The Primrose Path. Rees has been nominated for a 2012 Tony Award for Best Direction of a Play for his work on Peter and the Starcatcher.

The Drama League has announced that this year's 78th Annual Drama League Awards will be hosted by Tony Award winners Stockard Channing (Other Desert Cities) and John Larroquette (Gore Vidal's The Best Man). The awards ceremony is set for Friday afternoon, May 18th at the Marriott Marquis Times Square (1535 Broadway) at Noon. This year's Drama League Award Nominees will be announced Tuesday morning, April 24th at Sardi's.

Beginning Tuesday, March 27, Matthew Risch will be playing the role of Trip Wyeth replacing Justin Kirk, who will play his last performance this Sunday, March 25. He will be joining Stacy Keach, Judith Light, Elizabeth Marvel and Lauren Klein, who is playing the role of Polly Wyeth until Thursday, April 5. Stockard Channing will return to the role of Polly Wyeth on Friday, April 6.

Stockard Channing will take a brief hiatus from her role as Polly Wyeth in Jon Robin Baitz's OTHER DESERT CITIES at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45 Steet) to film a role in an untitled ABC-TV pilot starring Mandy Moore.

As previously announced, Elizabeth Marvel will return to the cast of its critically acclaimed production of OTHER DESERT CITIES, a new play by Jon Robin Baitz, directed by Joe Mantello, beginning tonight at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45 Street).
