On Tuesday, October 12, 2010, the Hope Family including Bob Hope's daughter Linda Hope and his son Kelly Hope, and invited guests from the worlds of theater, film, television and comedy (notable names of attendees to be released in September) will gather for the formal dedication of the newly refurbished Bob Hope Memorial Library located in the Immigration Museum on Ellis Island.

Now playing through August 29, 2010 at the Marriott Theatre in north suburban Lincolnshire is a playful and moving, family-friendly and Afro-Caribbean production of "Once On This Island," the first Broadway musical (1990) from the writing team of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty.

The New York Philharmonic will present The Russian Stravinsky: A Philharmonic Festival conducted by Valery Gergiev on April 21-May 8, 2010. The three-week festival - one of several initiatives launched during Alan Gilbert's first season as Music Director - will offer an in-depth look at Stravinsky, exploring how his Russian roots informed his works. Led by the Russian-born Mr. Gergiev, the festival will feature eight programs over three weeks, including concerts, lectures, pre-concert talks, radio broadcasts, podcasts and an Archives exhibit.

The Lucille Lortel Awards announced today the details for the 25th Anniversary Lortel Awards Reception & Ceremony.
