The Public Theater announced today that Emmy Award winner Mare Winningham and Dimitri Joseph Moise join the previously announced cast of the world premiere musical Joan of Arc: Into the Fire.

Pulitzer Prize-winning Irish poet, New Yorker Poetry Editor and pop music lyricist Paul Muldoon returns for his sixth season of monthly words-and-music jamborees, joined by his house band Rogue Oliphant and a stunning lineup of world-class special guests from across the spectrum of music and literature. Philadelphia Theatre Company kicks off the new year with the inspiring and warm-hearted Having Our Say, The Delany Sisters' First 100 Years by Emily Mann, adapted from the book by Miss Sarah ("Sadie") L. Delany and Dr. A. Elizabeth ("Bessie") Delany with Amy Hill Hearth.  Running January 27-February 19 and directed by Mary B. Robinson, the cast features Perri Gaffney and Cherene Snow as the two Delany sisters.

Bergen County Players (BCP) continues its 84th season with The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, John Bishop's riotous comedy whodunit, opening January 14th, 2017.

The New York Philharmonic will present Beloved Friend - Tchaikovsky and His World: A Philharmonic Festival, January 24-February 11, 2017, featuring Russian-born Semyon Bychkov conducting works by Tchaikovsky as well as composers he was influenced by and whom he influenced, with piano soloists Yefim Bronfman and Kirill Gerstein.

The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra will be joined by seven-time Grammy winner and piano superstar Emanuel Ax on December 3 at 8 p.m. and December 4 at 2 p.m. Both concerts will be lead by Music Director Eric Jacobsen and will be held at Bob Carr Theater, 401 W. Livingston Street, Orlando, Florida.

Rehearsals have begun for AMERINDA (American Indian Artists) Inc.'s production of William Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale, directed by Madeline Sayet (Mohegan, with new songs written by Ty Defoe (Oneida/Ojibwe), previews begin Dec 2nd. 

Yale Repertory Theatre presents August Wilson's SEVEN GUITARS, directed by Timothy Douglas, at Yale Repertory Theatre (1120 Chapel Street) now through December 17. Opening Night is tonight, December 1.
