Following the Pythons' incredible 10 night sell-out run at London's O2 Arena, it is announced today that Monty Python's Spamalot will gallop back out on tour from January next year, to bring the West End production to theatres across the land (to the sound of banging coconut shells). Joe Pasquale will reprise his much loved role of King Arthur alongside Bonnie Langford as The Lady of The Lake and Todd Carty as Patsy, (making up the Spamalot Dream Team)**.

The South Williamsport Junior/Senior High School has ordered its drama department to scrub Monty Python's SPAMALOT as too controversial for its area.

Atlanta Lyric Theatre, the metro area's only professional musical theatre company, has agreed to lease the Alley Stage at the former Theatre in the Square in Marietta. In addition to the company's main stage productions, which are housed at the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre, the new acquisition, to be renamed The Lyric Studio Theatre in the Square, will accommodate weekly cabaret entertainment, new and original musical works, and the Atlanta Junior Lyric. The Junior Lyric program features theatre for young audiences, educational theatre for aspiring young artists, and musicals performed by Junior Lyric students.

The world premiere production of the brand new musical comedy Bullets Over Broadway, written by Woody Allen and based on the screenplay by Allen and Douglas McGrath for the 1994 film, will begin preview performances tomorrow, March 11 and officially open Thursday, April 10, 2014 at The St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street). From July 13-20, ten of the nation's top regional theatre actors will join Mr. Pierce for an intensive weeklong master class and immersion experience at Ten Chimneys, the National Historic Landmark estate of Broadway legends Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne, in Genesee Depot, Wisconsin.

King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table are storming The 5th Avenue Theatre in Monty Python's Spamalot, the perfect musical to fight the winter blues. MEMPHIS, the 2010 Tony Winning Best Musical is preparing to launch the national tour in Appleton, WI at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center tonight, October 15th. MEMPHIS is in Boise, ID for technical rehearsal at the Morrison Center with three performances beginning October 9th - 11th.
