Springs Ensemble Theatre ("SET") continues its seventh season with Stephen Adly Guirgis's THE LAST DAYS OF JUDAS ISCARIOT.

Now, according to The Wall Street Journal, ATG plans to open a 'British-style club above the Hudson Theatre after it relaunches the historic venue for Broadway use.'

According to Variety, Broadway will be getting another theatre in the near future. The UK's Ambassador Theatre Group, which owns the recently renovated Lyric Theatre, will renovate the Hudson Theatre next. The venue, currently a part of the Millennium Hotel, will be turned back into a Broadway house. Currently used for various corporate events, the theatre hasn't been home to a Broadway show since 1968.

The Old Globe presents George Bernard Shaw's Arms and the Man, helmed by celebrated director Jessica Stone, who recently made her Globe debut with Christopher Durang's Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike.

Berkshire Theatre Group and Artistic Director/CEO, Kate Maguire, are thrilled to announce the casting for Berkshire Theatre Group's 87th summer season.

The Old Globe today announced the complete cast and creative team for George Bernard Shaw's Arms and the Man, joining celebrated director Jessica Stone, who recently made her Globe debut with Christopher Durang's Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. Shaw's romantic comedy, which continues the Globe's 80th Anniversary festivities as part of the Balboa Park Centennial Celebration, will run May 9 - June 14, 2015 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Preview performances run May 9 through 13. Opening night is Thursday, May 14 at 8:00 p.m.

Directed by caryn desai [sic] and starring Tony Abatemarco as Rothko and Patrick Stafford as his young assistant, Ken, Red, opens this weekend at International City Theatre in the Long Beach Performing Arts Center.

Experiments in Opera (www.ExperimentsInOpera.com) announces their 2013-14 Season and yearlong residency at Abrons Arts Center on Manhattan's Lower East Side. The residency will feature three performance programs of new works of experimental opera including an evening of opera choruses in partnership with VisionIntoArt (Chorus of All Souls, November 2, 2013), a showcase of opera shorts for the radio (Radio Operas, February 28 – March 1, 2014), and the premiere of an evening length opera that has been in development with EiO for the past two seasons (Brother Brother, May 2-3, 2014).
