His previous West End roles include creating the character of ‘Satan' in the notorious 'Jerry Springer the Opera', for which he won the 2004 Olivier Award for ‘Best Actor in a Musical', crazed scientist ‘Dr Frank-N-Furter' in 'The Rocky Horror Show' and KGB agent ‘Alexander Molokov' in 'Chess' at the Royal Albert Hall. His film credits include Oliver Stone's 'Alexander' with Anthony Hopkins and 'Batman Begins' with Christian Bale. He will play the role for 10 weeks only until 8 May.
