STAGE TUBE: Gonzalez, Arden Sing Kerrigan-Lowdermilk

After releasing their debut album Our First Mistake and selling out venues across New York City, songwriting duo and Larson Award winners Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk (The Unauthorized Autobiography of Samantha Brown, Henry and Mudge) hosted the final NY concert of YOU MADE THIS TOUR on Sunday, March 27 at Le Poisson Rouge (158 Bleecker Street). In the following videos, Broadway veterans Mandy Gonzalez and Michal Arden sing "How to Return Home" and "Run Away with Me" respectively.

The featured performances from Farah Alvin (Nine, Grease), Michael Arden (The Times They Are A-Changin'), Jenni Barber (The Bridge Project), singer-songwriter Joanna Burns, Miguel Cervantes (American Idiot), Katrina Rose Dideriksen (Jerry Springer: The Opera), Meghann Fahy (next to normal), Mandy Gonzalez (Wicked), Greg Hildreth (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson), Natalie Joy Johnson (Legally Blonde), Theresa McCarthy (Titanic), Lindsay Mendez (Everyday Rapture), Andy Mientus (Spring Awakening), Dee Roscioli (Wicked), Michael Winther (33 Variations) and more! The concert will be directed by Daniel Goldstein and produced in association with Michael Cassara and Rachel Routh.

YOU MADE THIS TOUR is the result of Kerrigan and Lowdermilk's stunning kickstarter.com campaign, which "nearly broke the site" in the first 48 hours of fundraising (Flavorwire.com), netting a grand total of $35,000 over the course of the campaign.

Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk are among the most celebrated young writers in musical theatre. They have received the 2009 Kleban Award, 2006 Jonathan Larson Award, and a Richard Rodgers Award. Their shows have been seen off-Broadway and around the country; their songs have been heard everywhere from major New York cabaret venues to the 2009 Miss America broadcast.

Their album Our First Mistake hit #1 on the iTunes singer/songwriter chart and is now available at www.sh-k-boom.com/ourfirstmistake.shtml for $14.99 or on iTunes http://bit.ly/gmwDJy for $9.90.
