Long Wharf Theatre presents, in conjunction with Eva Price, THE LION, written and performed by Benjamin Scheuer, directed by Sean Daniels, from January 6 through February 7, 2016. The Drama Book Shop will host an evening with playwright and actress, Halley Feiffer, for a reading and signing of her latest published work, I'm Gonna Pray For You So Hard on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 5:00pm. The talk will be conducted by Pulitzer-Prize Nominee, Jon Robin Baitz, while the reading will feature Reed Birney and Betty Gilpin. Both of whom will reprise their roles from the Atlantic Theater Company premiere.

MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, William Cantler, Artistic Directors; Blake West, Executive Director) has announced that Emmy® Award nominee Zachary Quinto will lead the cast of the New York premiere of Smokefall, by Noah Haidle and directed by Anne Kauffman, who directed The Nether for MCC last season to great acclaim. Smokefall continues MCC Theater's season at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street) with previews beginning February 4, 2016 and an opening night set for February 22. It is scheduled through March 13. Single tickets will go on sale January 5, 2016, but advanced tickets are currently available via subscription packages at www.mcctheater.org.

Williamstown Theatre Festival (Mandy Greenfield, Artistic Director) kicked-off rehearsals for the first two productions of its 61stseason. Rehearsals are in full swing for the first two shows, Off the Main Road on the Main Stage, featuring Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winner Kyra Sedgwick in the World Premiere of a play by Pulitzer Prize-winner William Inge, and Legacy 0n the Nikos Stage, with Tony Award nominee Jessica Hecht and Drama Desk Award-winner Eric Bogosian in Daniel Goldfarb's World Premiere. Both casts arrive in the Berkshires ahead of performances that begin on June 30.
