Trinity Rep continues its 52nd season Rebels, Renegades and Pioneers with To Kill a Mockingbird, based on the novel by Harper Lee, adapted by Christopher Sergel and a special limited run presentation of companion piece Blues for Mister Charlie, by James Baldwin. Both productions are directed by Brian McEleney and feature the same cast. The productions will be performed in limited rotating repertory.

Having staged Shakespeare's plays for over a decade, Artscape has selected to revive 2015 production of OTHELLO, in partnership with the City of Cape Town, only the second time in Maynardville's 60 year history that a production has been revived.

On Friday, October 16th, the Chernuchin Theatre will be renamed for the beloved Broadway star.

·         In 2016 the Royal Court Theatre celebrates its 60th birthday by looking towards the future. The new season includes six world premieres, five UK and worldwide collaborations, one European premiere, a major collaboration with LIFT, a partnership with Picturehouse Cinemas, the return of Open Court and ongoing work in Tottenham and Pimlico.

Next on the Main Stage, The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey will present Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett's drama, The Diary of Anne Frank, adapted by Wendy Kesselman and directed by Joseph Discher. Nearly 75 years ago in the Netherlands, a young girl received a diary for her 13th birthday. Today, Anne Frank's humor, strength, and innate goodness continue to shine forth from her words to inspire readers and audiences of all ages. The powerful story of her family's will to survive comes to unforgettable life for a new generation in this adaptation of the Pulitzer, Tony, and NY Drama Critic's Circle Award-winning play.

Four legendary women -- Production Designer Carmen Dillon, Production and Costume Designer Patricia Norris, Art Director and Set Designer Dorothea Holt Redmond and Illustrator Dianne Wager -- will be inducted into the Art Directors Guild (ADG) Hall of Fame at the Guild's 20th Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards, it was announced today by ADG Council Chairwoman Marcia Hinds and Awards Executive Producer James Pearse Connelly. The ceremony will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on January 31, 2016.

Ian Seraillier's highly acclaimed and much-loved children's novel, THE SILVER SWORD, will receive its world stage premiere at Coventry's Belgrade Theatre from Sat 26 Sept - Sat 3 Oct before embarking on UK Tour throughout Autumn 2015. This brand new production comes to The Old Rep from Thursday 22 - Saturday 24 October.

Million Dollar Quartet, the longest-running Broadway musical production in Chicago's history, has been extended through January 17, 2016.  With over 2,000 performances and nearly 7 smash years in Chicago, the Tony Award-winning rock 'n' roll musical holds the record for the longest-running Broadway musical in Chicago.  A new block of tickets, for performance from September 30, 2015-January 17, 2016 will go on sale on Friday, July 17, 2016.

The Boston Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Andris Nelsons have entered into a new partnership to create Classical Live, a unique initiative that offers a new paradigm for the distribution of live recordings of classical music available only on Google Play Music. Classical Live will offer participating orchestras—the BSO, Cleveland Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, London Symphony Orchestra, and Amsterdam's Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra—an opportunity to release up to four live concert recordings each season for download exclusively on Google Play Music with the first recordings to be made available at music.google.com or classical-live.com beginning on June 15.

Set in 1963 Brighton, England, One Man, Two Guvnors is a brilliantly delicious mash-up of splendid comedy, British pantomime, and music-hall revues. The uproarious plot features a disarming and doltish Francis Henshall who finds himself trapped by farce into working for two bosses - who are connected in wildly improbable ways. He just has to keep them from discovering each other. Inspired insanity, high-low antics, and nimble wordplay ensue - all backed by live musicians paying homage to rockabilly and a certain Fab Four. Directed by David Ivers - artistic director of the Utah Shakespeare Festival - and with songs by Grant Olding, One Man, Two Guvnors is a riotous blast complete with a colorful cast of characters in a topsy-turvy world of love triangles and mistaken identities. Christopher Marlowe's 1587 epic Tamburlaine, Parts I and II, edited and directed by Olivier Award-winner Michael Boyd and starring John Douglas Thompson, opens Sunday, November 16, at 1:00pm at Theatre for a New Audience, Polonsky Shakespeare Center, 262 Ashland Place.

The Community Theatre of Little Rock opens its 59th Season with their Late Summer production 'A Series of One Acts'. Their One Acts will be "30 Minutes to Charlie" by Nick Zagone, "Pvt. Wars" by James McLure, 'Ways and Means' by Noel Coward and 'The Actor's Nightmare' by Christopher Durang. Show dates are August 22nd and 23rd at 7:30 pm and August 24th at 2 pm, to be held at their new home, The Studio Theatre, 320 West 7th Street.
