Set in Georgia and New York City in 1941, He Brought Her Heart Back in a Box is a heartbreaking, nail-biting memory tale of segregation, theatrical yearning, and doomed love.

The critically acclaimed Shakespeare's Globe production of Farinelli and the King, starring three-time Tony Award-winner (Twelfth Night, Jerusalem, Boeing-Boeing) and Academy Award-winner (Bridge of Spies) Mark Rylance, begins tonight, December 5, 2017 in advance of an opening night on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Broadway's Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street).

The International Human Rights Art Festival joins with activist theatre Culture Project to inaugurate its new space in New York's Lower East Side, with an evening of dance, music, comedy, storytelling, and theatre. The evening is headlined by award-winning actress and advocate Kathleen Turner, and will raise social concerns and offer positive solutions with humor, insight, and artistic talent.

After three successful years on tour boasting numerous sold out engagements, this new adaptation of the worldwide smash-hit film, currently celebrating its 30th Anniversary, will continue to dazzle in more than 50 markets in North America, including the Lehigh Valley at The State Theatre on June 21 and June 22, 2018.

The Skirball Cultural Center continues its twenty-first season of Sunset Concerts with the West Coast debut of Ibibio Sound Machine on Thursday, August 3, at 8:00 p.m. Fronted by London-born Nigerian singer Eno Williams, Ibibio Sound Machine blends African and electronic elements, inspired in equal parts by the golden era of West African funk, disco, modern post-punk, and electro.
