The Drama Desk and OBIE Award-winning Mint Theater Company re-introduced Teresa Deevy to the world in the summer of 2010 with the production of her brilliant play Wife To James Whelan. Mint's Deevy Project continues with Temporal Powers, beginning August 3rd and continuing through September 25th at the Mint's home in the heart of the theater district, 311 West 43rd Street. Opening Night will be Monday August 29th.

Taproot Theatre announces the highly-anticipated world premiere of Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Christmas Carol, coming to its stage this November and December. Taproot's 2009 production of the play by Seattle writer John Longenbaugh was brought to a halt just four days after the first rehearsal when an arsonist set fire to the building adjacent to the theatre on October 23.
