Critically-acclaimed Four Day Weekend Comedy, the premier improvisation group who has been performing their award-winning show in their own 212-seat theater in the heart of downtown Fort Worth for 20 years, has announced their plan to open a second location off Lower Greenville in Dallas, Texas in 2018.

Monk Parrots announce casting for their New York premiere of Gabriel Jason Dean's (Princeton Hodder Fellow, Dramatist's Guild Fellowship, Broadway Blacklist) critically acclaimed play TERMINUS, directed by Lucie Tiberghien (The Other Thing, Don't Go Gentle, Soldier X, Hoodoo Love, The Pavilion). TERMINUS runs from February 17 - March 10, 2018 in a limited engagement at NEXT DOOR at NYTW, located at 83 East 4th Street between Bowery and 2nd Avenue in New York City. Previews begin February 17 for a February 20 opening.

Dear Readers, it's been quite a year and, hopefully, we've come through it unscathed. God knows we've needed some shows to help us escape and others to make us think. But through it all we've had several shows that have proven to shine as some of the best of the year. Out of all the shows I was fortunate enough to see this year, I've selected a few that stood out. Here are those stand outs, a few honorable mentions and a few special mentions about which I just couldn't help myself but to mention in their own special way.

Pittsburgh CLO is proud to announce the cast of the world premiere of UP AND AWAY, January 25 April 15, 2018 at the CLO Cabaret. As part of its Next Generation Capital Campaign efforts, Pittsburgh CLO debuted a staged reading of this new musical comedy this past spring during New Musicals Weekend at the Benedum Center. Steppenwolf's LookOut Series is pleased to present, as part of the Winter 2017-18 lineup, The Accidental Curator, written and performed by ensemble member Molly Regan and directed by Mary B. I am thrilled that this irreverent and hilarious adult version of this holiday favorite is back (and it's better than ever) at Portland Center Stage.

An extra week of performances has been added today to the world premiere of Girls & Boys, written by Dennis Kelly and directed by Lyndsey Turner. The production will be running from Thursday 8 February 2018 - Saturday 17 March 2018. Girls & Boys, which sees Carey Mulligan playing the role of Women, runs in the Royal Court Jerwood Theatre Downstairs with press performances on Wednesday 14 February at 7pm and Thursday 15 February at 7pm. He maintained a life - long focus on advocating for social justice, notably civil rights at home and peace around the wor ld. To celebrate the maestro's 100th birthday, Segerstrom Center is pleased to present a tribute to the musical theater masterpieces Bernstein created while honoring the scope and reach of his genius.

The Golden West Winds is part of the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West from Travis Air Force Base, California. Comprised of flute, oboe, clarinet, French horn, and bassoon, this ensemble supports a wide variety of musical events ranging from military ceremonies and patriotic shows to educational programs and recitals of original works for woodwind quintet. To support these events the Golden West Winds plays music of all styles including marches, jazz and classical music.
