Casting is announced for the European premiere of the musical Dogfight, produced by Danielle Tarento, the award-winning producer of Titanic, Parade andMack & Mabel, and directed by Matt Ryan, in The Large at Southwark Playhouse for a six-week season from Friday 8 August to Saturday 13 September.

A fun and funky musical theatre double bill is set to hit the stage of the Galloway Theatre as two brand new productions that are headed off to the National Arts Festival in July perform for one-night-only at this intimate new performance venue in Cape Town's Foreshore.

Tickets for the tenth anniversary season of international hit musical Dirty Dancing will go on sale to the public next Monday, 4 August. Returning to Sydney a decade after its World Premiere, Dirty Dancing will play at the Sydney Lyric Theatre from 28 November 2014.

After Ben Vereen's legendary show here at Transcendence Theatre Company, we TTC artists are continuously reflecting on the cherished wisdom and inspiration that Ben has left deeply rooted into our hearts. One moment in particular that I continue to think about is when I asked Ben if he was excited for his show and he replied with a gigantic grin and both hands in the air, 'I wake up excited! Everyday!' I also surrendered my hands into the air and said 'Me too!'
