The Old Globe opens its 2015-2016 Season with IN YOUR ARMS, a World Premiere dance-theatre musical featuring direction and choreography by Tony Award winner Christopher Gattelli (Newsies, Godspell, Lincoln Center Theater's The King and I and South Pacific) and original music by Tony Award winner Stephen Flaherty (Ragtime, Once on This Island; two-time Oscar nominee for Anastasia). The production begins tonight, September 16, with an opening slated for September 24, and runs through October 25, 2015.

The Huntington Theatre Company opens its 2015-2016 season with the Tony Award-winning musical A Little Night Music, Stephen Sondheim's most romantic and popular work, led by Tony and Olivier nominee Haydn Gwynne, as well as Broadway's Stephen Bogardus and Lauren Molina. Huntington Artistic Director Peter DuBois (after all the terrible things I do; Smart People; Rapture, Blister, Burn; and Becky Shaw) will direct. In the late 1980s, the Islamic government began to systematically torture and kill Southern Sudanese families, burn their villages and enslave young boys and girls. The actual numbers are unknown but it is estimated that more than 27,000 boys from southern tribes were forced to flee from their homes. Beyond the statistics are harrowing stories of survival and of young boys whose lives are changed forever by unfathomable tragedy. Abraham Deng Ater is one of the survivors of that horrific period in Sudanese history and in his new book, 'My Lost Childhood,' he shares his story.
