Shakespeare Theatre Company today announces the cast of Lerner and Loewe's multiple Tony Award-winning musical Camelot. Directed by STC Associate Artistic Director Alan Paul (Kiss Me, Kate; Man of La Mancha), the classic musical will play at Sidney Harman Hall (610 F St NW) from May 22 through July 1, concluding STC's 2017-2018 mainstage season.

The Grammy-nominated Clayton-Hamilton Jazz Orchestra, which captures the infectious fun of big band music, will perform at the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts (The Soraya) on Thursday, April 5 at 8:00pm.  Jazz Times called the Los Angeles-based band, with a 32-year history, "one of current jazz's most vital large ensemble." Co-founder bassist John Clayton is a CSUN alumnus who has gone on to play with superstars such as Michael Jackson, Patti LaBelle and Madonna.

Country music entertainer, award-winning TV host and Army veteran Craig Morgan had a big surprise up his sleeve Friday (Feb. 23) at the Grand Ole Opry. During his performance, Morgan invited his long-time friend, U.S. Army SFC Josh Ferguson, a disabled veteran, and his family onto the stage and surprised them with the news they are receiving a custom-built, mortgage-free home this year in Dickson County (Tennessee) from Operation FINALLY HOME.  Joining Morgan onstage for the surprise was Operation FINALLY HOME founder Dan Wallrath and Executive Director Rusty Carroll.

The quick-witted American actor and icon, Groucho Marx was a frequent visitor to New Hope and Bucks County. Now nearly 41 years after his death, Groucho makes a hilarious return to Bucks - this time in the form of award-winning actor Frank Ferrante in the global comedy hit, "An Evening with Groucho." The show is presented February 14 - 25 at Bucks County Playhouse as part of the 2018 Visiting Artists Series.

Goodspeed Musicals is thrilled to announce three enticing productions planned for Chester, Conn. in 2018. First will be the inspiring You Are Here by Drama Desk Award nominees Bartram and Hill. This soaring musical will run May 18 - June 10. Next up will be a new musical adaptation of the enduring love story Cyrano. San Diego Musical Theatre announced today the cast and creative team for its upcoming production of The Full Monty. With a mix of raucous humor and an audacious pop-rock score, this Americanized stage version of the hit 1997 hit film features a book by Terrence McNally (Kiss of the Spiderwoman, Ragtime, Catch Me If You Can) with music and lyrics by David Yazbek (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown). The Full Monty will be directed by Neil Dale (SDMT's Billy Elliot), with Music Direction by Don LeMaster, and choreography by Paul David Bryant (SDMT's Ragtime). The Full Monty runs January 26 - February 25, 2018, at the historic Horton Grand Theatre, with press opening on Saturday, January 27 at 8:00 p.m.

Known for his stellar guitar playing and soulful voice, Grammy Award-winning Jonny Lang has created his own distinctive sound, blending blues, Gospel, and rock through deep guitar tones, strong melodies, and bluesy rhythms. At the young age of 36, Lang has been performing for more than two decades, and is now touring in support of his new album, Signs (September 2017), a guitar-driven collection that includes several songs inspired by minimalist recordings of blues greats Robert Johnson and Howlin' Wolf.

Randolph Street, announces Joan Armatrading the first female UK artist to debut at #1 on the Billboards Blues charts, the King of Newgrass multi-instrumentalist Sam Bush and more. Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly were iconic and game-changing in their era, and still have influence with today's music-makers. The Alhambra Theatre & Dining will kick off its 2018 Alhambra After Dark music series schedule by celebrating Elvis and Buddy Holly. Kevin Mills will return to the Alhambra from February 7 11, 2018 with his award-winning tribute to Elvis in a new show, Elvis is Back! The Rave-Ons, led by one of Alhambra's most popular performers, Todd Meredith, will bring their rendition of Buddy Holly & The Crickets to the Alhambra from March 28 April 1, 2018 in a show entitled, That'll Be the Day. Both shows are concert-style events, and pricing for each show is $65 and includes dinner, performance and parking.
