Pittsburgh CLO has announced casting for the 25thAnniversary production of A Musical Christmas Carol, this December at the Byham Theater.

Somehow, through the magic of his performers (and a full choir), Fitzwater puts on a premiere that rivals New York, a show that most have never seen before, certainly one of the greatest productions the state has ever seen.

The Old Globe today shared its 2016 Summer Season, which will feature new and familiar works directed by four major American stalwarts. Paper Mill Playhouse has announced complete casting for the world-premiere musical Ever After, directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall (Anything Goes, Nice Work If You Can Get It), featuring a book and lyrics by Marcy Heisler and music by Zina Goldrich.

Tony Award-winning costume designer, JESS GOLDSTEIN (currently represented on Broadway with Jersey Boys and On the Town), and scenic designer DOUGLAS W. SCHMIDT are among the 2015 TDF/Irene Sharaff Awards recipients. The awards will be presented at a ceremony on Friday, May 1, at 6:30pm, at the Hudson Theatre (145 West 44th Street). Mr. Goldstein was selected to receive the 2015 TDF/Irene Sharaff Lifetime Achievement Award for costume design and Mr. Schmidt will receive the Robert L.B. Tobin Award for Sustained Excellence in Theatrical Design.

BroadwayWorld.com is saddened to report the death of Broadway veteran Greg Reuter, who had recently joined the faculty of Michigan State University as a Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre and Choreography. He passed away on December 18th at age 43 due to medical complications. We will update this article with more information as it becomes available.
