JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU) today launched twice-weekly service to its newest destination, Grenada's Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND) from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). The airline now offers up to 152 daily flights from the U.S. to Latin America and the Caribbean, of which up to 61 daily flights are nonstop from New York JFK and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). With 28 routes from the two airports to the region, there are additional routes from a number of other cities, including Boston, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale and Washington, D.C.

The CAPA Summer Movie Series, the longest-running classic film series in America, celebrates its 45th anniversary in 2015 with an impressive assembly of classics, cult favorites, and beloved films. The 2015 series will run today, June 5-August 9 at the historic Ohio Theatre (39 E. State St.) and will feature 29 films over nine weeks (no films scheduled for the week of the Fourth of July).

The journey begins in Portland before cycling one of the Top 10 Roads in the West, the stunning Aufderheide Scenic Byway to old-growth forests on the McKenzie River. Oregon's adventure capital, Bend, comes next, along with craft beers that fortify riders into Crater Lake National Park. Riding the crater's rim is a 33-mile visual feast that topped Bicycling Magazine's 'Dream Rides' list. Guests stay here at the century-old lodge. But the excitement isn't over yet. More stands of virgin timber await in the forested wilderness around Rogue River Lodge before heading back to Portland. Drury Lane Productions and Jennifer Maloney-Prezioso (Broadway's Spring Awakening, Rock of Ages) have announced the cast for the pre-Broadway production of Beaches, A New Musical, based on the beloved novel by Iris Rainer Dart. Previewing June 24, opening on July 2nd and running through August 16, 2015, the original musical is written by Iris Rainer Dart and Thom Thomas, with music by David Austin and lyrics by Iris Rainer Dart. The production is directed by Eric Schaeffer (Broadway's Follies, Million Dollar Quartet).

JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU), the largest airline operating to the Caribbean, today announced its continued expansion in the region as it filed an intent to serve Antigua's V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU) three times weekly from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), with the aim to launch service on November 5, subject to receipt of government operating authority. Additionally, the airline will add seasonal weekly service from Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS) to Barbados' Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI), which will launch November 7, subject to receipt of government operating authority.
