The producers of ROCK OF AGES announced the complete, awesome cast for Broadway's new, smash hit musical today. Constantine Maroulis, ('American Idol' Season 4, Broadway's The Wedding Singer, RENT) reprising his critically acclaimed role as 'Drew', is now joined by Broadway's best 1970's & 1980's period actors Amy Spanger (The Wedding Singer, Kiss Me Kate) as 'Sherrie' and James Carpinello (Saturday Night Fever, VH1's 'So NoTORIous') as 'Stacee Jaxx'.

Machinal will be directed by Rachel Walshe and will run for eight performances only, opening Sunday, February 8 at 7 p.m. and running Sundays and Mondays at 7 p.m. through March 2, 2009. Performances will be held at TimeLine Theatre, 615 W. Wellington Ave., Chicago. The Press Opening performance is Sunday, February 8 at 7 p.m.

Variety reports that stage, film and television actor Steven Gilborn who played the father of Ellen DeGeneres' character on 'Ellen,' died of cancer in North Chatham, N.Y., on Jan. 2. He was 72.

Joseph Ruskin and Jacqueline Schultz star in Israel Horovitz's humorous and poignant pas-de-deux, Park Your Car in Harvard Yard, at International City Theatre. Hope Alexander directs the four-week run at ICT's home in the Long Beach Performing Arts Center, May 2 through May 25. Low-priced previews begin April 29.
