After a number of extensions, the first New York revival of Tony Kushner's ANGELS IN AMERICA: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes, directed by Michael Greif at the Signature Theatre will close on April 24.

Signature Theatre Company presents Tony Kushner's ANGELS IN AMERICA: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes, directed by Michael Greif. The production, originally slated to run through December 19, 2010 and extended initially through January 30, 2011 and a second time through February 20, 2011, will now play an additional five weeks through Sunday, March 27, 2011. Set in late 1985 and early 1986, as the first wave of the AIDS epidemic in America is escalating and Ronald Reagan has been elected to a second term in the White House, this Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning play's two parts
