Producer Rick Murray will present the 2019 Cabaret at the Crown Series in Provincetown, MA this summer at The Crown & Anchor's Paramount Theatre and Town Hall Auditorium. Tickets are now on sale for the Series, in which an impressive list of award-winning stars will be performing live in full concerts. Following up on last summer's smash hit season, the 2019 Cabaret Series will include the talents of comedians Lisa Lampanelli, Margaret Cho, and Sandra Bernhard, as well as Broadway stars Lucie Arnaz (They're Playing Our Song, Pippin), Lillias White (The Life), Linda Lavin (Broadway Bound, Gypsy), Lorna Luft (Promises, Promises), John Lloyd Young (Jersey Boys), Linda Eder (Jekyll and Hyde), and television favorites Leslie Jordan (The Cool Kids, Will and Grace) and Fran Drescher (The Nanny).

Central Works 2019 Season's first show Wonderland, a comedy by Gary Graves, launches the 4 play 29th season and has EXTENDED THROUGH March 24th (originally scheduled to close March 17). "We truly are through the rabbit hole, and the state of the nation is beyond parody… [Wonderland is] a playful mashup of Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland" and Franz Kafka's "The Trial" set in Washington, DC." as described by Sam Hurwitt for the San Jose Mercury News. The comedy Wonderland takes place at a time when "The White House it depicts is so fundamentally broken, such a chaotic and paranoid confusion of backstabbing and intrigue, that even the most abominable scenarios aren't particularly surprising."

Celebrating the upcoming release of Disney's live-action movie “Dumbo,” Spirit Airlines today unveiled its specially-themed Airbus A321 that features a larger-than-life image of the beloved Disney character Dumbo. Spirit and Disney revealed the new plane with a time-lapse video of the decal-wrapping process which took place at Spirit's state-of-the-art Detroit maintenance hangar.

The Tony Award winning Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) will launch its 84th year and Bill Rauch's final season as artistic director with preview performances beginning on March 1. The 2019 season officially kicks off Friday night, March 8, in the Angus Bowmer Theatre with Shakespeare's As You Like It (director, Rosa Joshi). On Saturday afternoon, Cambodian Rock Band (director, Chay Yew) opens in the Thomas Theatre, and Hairspray The Broadway Musical (director, Christopher Liam Moore) opens that evening in the Angus Bowmer Theatre. On Sunday afternoon, the drama by Southern Oregon based playwright Octavio Solis, Mother Road (director, Bill Rauch), will see its world premiere in the Angus Bowmer Theatre.

Iris Theatre launched its first summer season in 2009 with an acclaimed outdoor promenade production of Romeo & Juliet. In the decade since they have produced 16 more shows in the grounds of St Paul's Church, Covent Garden, ranging from Alice in Wonderland to Shakespeare's Macbeth.
