Producer John Breglio and The National Theatre announced casting today for the national tour of DREAMGIRLS, coming to Washington, D.C., July 28 through August 8.

Conceived, adapted and directed by Peter Glazer, this musical has been pleasing audiences since its premiere in 1988. It won the Bay Area Critics Circle Award for best musical in its co-production at Berkeley Rep and San Jose Repertory Theatre in 1992.
