Bay Area Musicals (Matthew McCoy, Founder & Artistic Director, and AeJay Mitchell, Managing Director) has announced the full cast and creative team for the final production of the 2017-2018 season, THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME.

The complete cast for the world premiere Chicago production of the new comedy musical, TOOTSIE has just been announced. Joining previously announced Tony Award nominee SANTINO FONTANA as Michael Dorsey will be LILLI COOPER as Julie Nichols, SARAH STILES as Sandy Lester, JOHN BEHLMANN as Max Von Horn, ANDY GROTELUESCHEN as Jeff Slater, JULIE HALSTON as Rita Mallory, MICHAEL McGRATH as Stan Fields, and REG ROGERS as Ron Carlisle.

Johnetta Eula'Mae Ackles, Elizabeth Berrington and Phil Daniels will join the previously announced Jim Broadbent in the world premiere of Martin McDonagh's A Very Very Very Dark Matter.

Broadway In Chicago and Producers Tommy Mottola, the Dodgers, Tribeca Productions and Evamere Entertainment are delighted to announce thatA BRONX TALE will make its Chicago debut at Broadway In Chicago's Oriental Theatre (24 W. Randolph) for a limited engagement March 12-24, 2019. A BRONX TALE will be part of Broadway In Chicago's upcoming season. Subscriptions will go on sale in the fall of 2018.

The Old Globe today announced its next cast and creative team-including numerous Globe favorites and new faces-as the 2018 Summer Shakespeare Festival once again presents the finest of the Bard's work outdoors under the stars in the Lowell Davies Festival Theatre. Summer will officially arrive with The Tempest, directed by Joe Dowling (formerly the Artistic Director for Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis and Abbey Theatre in Ireland), with star of stage and screen Kate Burton as Prospera, running June 17 - July 22, 2018. Kneehigh's production of Noel Coward's BRIEF ENCOUNTER, adapted and directed by Emma Rice, has been extended due to overwhelming public demand and will now run at the Empire Cinema Haymarket in London's West End until 9 September 2018, ahead of a World tour in 2019. Tickets are on sale today, Thursday 10 May.

50 year Grand Ole Opry veteran Jeannie Seely is a Grammy winner, country hitmaker and award-winning songwriter. During her hosting segment on the Grand Ole Opry Friday night, she was presented with an award recognizing her song "Anyone Who Knows What Love Is (Will Understand)" for reaching No. 2 on the Billboard Top TV Songs Chart in January of this year.

San Francisco's 42nd Street Moon (Daren A.C. Carollo and Daniel Thomas, Co-Executive Directors), currently celebrating its 25th Anniversary in continuous operation, has announced the full cast and creative team for the final production of the 2017-2018 season: ME AND MY GIRL, a hilarious and delightful 1930s West End smash hit (winner of three Tony Awards for the critically-acclaimed 1986 Broadway revival). San Diego Symphony Announces 2018-2019 Season Featuring First Concerts Conducted by Rafael Payare as Music Director Designate, 14 Works New to San Diego Symphony Repertoire,

Rafael Payare's highly anticipated inaugural concerts as San Diego Symphony's Music Director Designate take place as part of the annual January Festival. It will mark his only Jacobs Masterworks appearance this season and will feature acclaimed cellist Alisa Weilerstein and the orchestra's first-ever performance of Benjamin Britten's Symphony for Cello and Orchestra. He will also perform in a special Discovery Night concert on January 10, with all funds from this concert going to support the San Diego Symphony's Learning and Community Engagement programs.

San Diego Repertory Theatre announced today its Season 43, described as by Artistic Director Sam Woodhouse as "eloquent, personal and brave." Next season is one of the most critically acclaimed lineup of plays that the REP has produced in many years. The REP proudly celebrates the work of female theatre artists, and four of the productions are by award-winning female playwrights. Since this is the REP, the audience can expect the important questions and issues of our time to be on stage, upfront and deeply personal. There is also the cultural exploration of love and loss and the return of actor/musician Hershey Felder, the best-selling artist in San Diego REP history, in a spellbinding performance of Beethoven!

Looks like the West End will be getting to know Kelli O'Hara and Ken Watanabe. According to a report by the Daily Mail, Lincoln Center Theater's production of THE KING AND I 'has its eye on the London Palladium for a limited season next year.'

Based on the play Front Porch in Flatbush by Julius J. Epstein and Philip G. Epstein, Saturday Night features a book by the Epstein brothers with music and lyrics by Sondheim. Saturday Night runs from March 28 - April 15, 2018 and will perform at the Gateway Theatre (formerly the Eureka Theatre). The press opening will take place on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Tickets range from $25 - $76 and can be purchased through the Box Office at (415) 255-8207 or online at www.42ndstmoon.org.   42nd Street Moon's production of Saturday Night will be directed by Ryan Weible and choreographed by Allison Paraiso-Silicani, with Music Direction by Daniel Thomas.
