Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Producing Artistic Director, Todd Schmidt-Managing Director), recipient of the 2016 Regional Theatre Tony Award, presents the East Coast premiere of the new play The Outsider by Paul Slade Smith, directed by David Esbjornson (Driving Miss Daisy). 'Love' tells the on-again off-again love story of Scott (Patrick Cannon) and Claire (Ashley Kate Adams). 45 minutes before Claire leaves for the church on her wedding day, Scott arrives to try and convince her that they really are meant to be. A story of lost love, or is it love that never should have been? The story puts the focus on character and performance, and the road to performance strives to do exactly that.

Director of Nuffield Southampton Theatres, Samuel Hodges, today announces the full cast for the company's inaugural production at NST City the world premi re of Howard Brenton's The Shadow Factory, which Hodges directs. The Shadow Factory opens on 15 February, with previews from 7 February, and runs until 3 March.

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the leadership of Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Producer Diane Borger, will offer a sensory friendly performance of Bedlam's Sense & Sensibility on Tuesday, January 9 at 6:30PM. The performance for adults and children ages 12 and up will be specially modified for individuals with sensory needs, including people on the autism spectrum and their families and caretakers.
