English Touring Theatre announces its partnership with Digital Theatre on a film of Othello for Digital Theatre Plus, the company's education platform plus a nationwide programme of engagement work, The Othello Project running alongside the UK tour of Othello. Othello, a co-production with Oxford Playhouse and Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory, has been seen by over 40,000 audience members across 14 cities during its 2017 and 2018 tours.

The hit comedy A Doll's House, Part 2 by Lucas Hnath, nominated for eight Tony Awards during its 2017 Broadway run, will premiere at George Street Playhouse's current venue, 103 College Farm Road in New Brunswick, NJ, featuring Kellie Overbey (Broadway's The Coast of Utopia) in the leading role of Nora Helmer.

Lucas Hnath's A Doll's House, Part 2 produced by Orlando Shakes in partnership with UCF runs from January 2 - February 3, 2019. Invictus Theatre, a theater company that emerged in November 2017 with an intimate production of OTHELLO, has announced cast and crew for its second production: Shakespeare's comedy LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST. The comedy will be performed at The Frontier, 1106 W. Thorndale Ave., Chicago from October 24 - November 18, 2018, with a press opening on Monday, October 29. Artistic Director Antoni Cimolino has announced key casting for the 2019 season, including Michael Blake as Othello and Amelia Sargisson as Desdemona in the season opener, Othello, one of Shakespeare's greatest and best-known tragedies.

The New York premiere of Ngozi Anyanwu's GOOD GRIEF, directed by Awoye Timpo, will begin performances the Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15th Street) on Thursday, October 11.  Opening night is set for Tuesday, October 30th.

Marcus Gardley's music-filled journey through African-American folklore garnered box office records, critical acclaim, sold-out houses, and standing ovations during its initial August 2017 run.

Winner of 19 major accolades, including multiple Tony, Olivier and Drama Desk Awards, Stephen Daldry's (Billy Elliot, The Crown) multi award-winning production of J.B. Priestley's classic thriller An Inspector Calls will kick off a four-city U.S. tour at Shakespeare Theatre Company from November 20 through December 23, 2018.

Zach Wyatt will star as Anthony alongside previously announced Maisie Williams as Caroline in the UK premiere of Lauren Gunderson's I and You, which will be directed by Artistic Director Edward Hall on the Main Stage. The Playwrights Realm (Katherine Kovner, Founding Artistic Director; Roberta Pereira, Producing Director) today announces the complete cast and creative team for the world premiere of Jonathan Payne's The Revolving Cycles Truly and Steadily Roll'd, directed by Awoye Timpo (Sept. 7-Oct. 6, at The Duke on 42nd Street, a New 42nd Street project).  This world premiere marks the first full production from the mordantly funny and unsparing voice of Jonathan Payne.

Lookingglass Theatre Company announces an extension of 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas adapted by David Kersnar and Althos Low, from the books by Jules Verne, directed by Ensemble Member David Kersnar. Due to high ticket demand, additional dates, August 30 - September 9, 2018, have been added. 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas plays at Lookingglass Theatre Company, located inside Chicago's historic Water Tower Water Works, 821 N. Michigan Ave. at Pearson. This marks the second and final extension of the production.

The Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival's Professional Company production of The Tragedy of Othello, the Moor of Venice is now in rehearsals. Shakespeare's powerfully relevant tragedy comes to Notre Dame in a compelling and contemporary new staging, set in a world torn apart by jealousy, mistrust, and racial strife ? a world not unlike our own. Othello cast & company members are now available for media interviews between July 31 ? August 3, 2018; Othello opens August 14, with 15 performances through August 26.
