The Dillinger Escape Plan is celebrating 25 years of their debut album in Chicago, IL on August 24 at The Salt Shed, their biggest headline show. The band will play Calculating Infinity in its entirety with original vocalist Dimitri Minakakis. Backing Minakakis will be guitarist Ben Weinman, as well as bassist Liam Wilson and drummer Billy Rymer.

Aseethe's 2019 album Throes is a work of corrosive beauty and colossal weight. The trio of guitarist/vocalist Brian Barr, drummer Eric Diercks, and bassist/vocalist Noah Koester craft tectonic slabs of doom through minimalist approaches to composition. Minutely selected textures built on simplistic, repetitive motifs become mountainous.

The new album finds the Kentucky-bred six piece—brothers Matthew Shultz [vocals] and Brad Shultz [guitar], Daniel Tichenor [bass], Jared Champion [drums], Nick Bockrath [lead guitar], and Matthan Minster [guitar, keys, backing vocals]— forging new musical ground, while maintaining their uncompromising creativity and wildly cathartic performances.

The album finds Lake Street Dive working once more with Grammy-winning producer Mike Elizondo (Fiona Apple, Sheryl Crow, Gary Clark Jr.), also marking the first time all of the members of the band collaborated in the earliest, most vulnerable stages of songwriting together, creating a unique approach to the sessions.
