THE GUYS is based on a true story about the aftereffects of the collapse of the World Trade Center. The play is set less than two weeks after the events of September 11, 2001 and explores the relationship between a writer and a fire captain who has lost most of his men from the attacks.
The play is also being produced to benefit the Lt. Joseph G. Leavey Foundation. Performances are given in memory of Lt. Joseph G. Leavey who lead his unit to the 78th floor of Tower Two of the World Trade Center, where they were the only complete unit to begin operations on a fire floor.

Nathan turns to fellow gambler Sky Masterson for the dough, but Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary Sarah Brown. Guys And Dolls takes us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana, Cuba, and even into the sewers of New York City, but eventually everyone ends up right where they belong. Frank Loesser's brassy, immortal score makes Guys And Dolls a crowd pleaser.

Six recipients - Mina Bloom, Rachel Gilbert, Tristan McIntyre, Dylan Schifrin, Bailey Share-Aizic and Juan Solis - were invited onto the stage of the Bram Goldsmith Theater at The Wallis to receive a combined $5,000 in scholarship funds to be applied to furthering their studies in musical theater and songwriting.
