Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts (The Wallis -- Tania Camargo, Managing Director; Patricia Wolff, Interim Artistic Director; James D'Asaro, Interim Producing Director) announce Artistic Advisors and programming for the 2015-2016 Season, opening October 1-3 with Twyla Tharp: a 50th Anniversary Celebration, a program of new work by Ms. Tharp, co-commissioned by The Wallis (in partnership with the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The Joyce Theatre, Ravina Festival Association & Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University and Texas International Theatrical Arts Society).

Manhattan Theatre Club will present their annual Spring Gala on Monday, May 18 at Cipriani 42nd Street (110 East 42nd Street). This year's gala will be hosted by Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski ("The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," Nine) and feature special guest and Tony Award nominee for Airline Highway K. Todd Freeman, and performances by many of the most acclaimed musicals on Broadway including: Beautiful, Finding Neverland, Gigi, It Shoulda Been You, On The Town, Something Rotten!, and The Visit.

New Victory Sets 2015 Victory Dance Series

This July, The New Victory will present its second season of Victory Dance, the theater's initiative to provide FREE dance performances to kids in New York City day camps, school and youth programs over the summer. A three-week series from July 8 - 24, 2015, Victory Dance features a cross-section of highly-accomplished and internationally recognized New York companies who perform a range of contemporary dance styles and share in the theater's goal of inspiring young people to embrace the art form.

Just last night, The New Group featured original cast members from the company's critically-acclaimed 2005 hit revival of Hurlyburly: Bobby Cannavale, Josh Hamilton, Ethan Hawke, Parker Posey and Wallace Shawn, with Marin Ireland and Amanda Seyfried.
