Wing-It Productions is proud to present the premiere of its first unscripted play of its 2011 Season-The Explorers Club.

The Explorers Club

The Explorers Club is an absurd, cartoon inspired comedy from Seattle's best improv theater. The Explorers Club follows the adventures of turn-of-the-century British explorers as they comically muddle their way through exotic lands, not-so-deadly foes and foreign diplomacy. Using puppets and children's theater conventions, The Explorers Club will create characters, locales, and the plot of the show will be created live every night with the use of audience suggestions and interaction. No two shows will be the same.

The Explorers Club is created and directed by improv theater veteran Ian Schempp, who has directed Shades of Gray (2008), This Improvised Life (2009), and Unspeakable Horrors (2010).

The cast of The Explorers Club is: Chris Allen, Phill Arensberg, Graham Downing, Emily Elisei, Ryan Miller, Natasha Ransom, Jim Reardon, Douglas Willott, and Shira Wilson.

The Explorers Club performances are at 8pm on Thursdays and Fridays January 6th to January 21st and February 3rd to the 11th at Wing-It Productions at 5510 University Way NE. Tickets are $10-$14.
