The 5th Avenue Theatre has released first look footage of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's iconic rock opera now playing through May 17, 2026 in Seattle.
Directed by Bill Berry with choreography by Jimmy Shields and music direction by RJ Tancioco, the high-energy rock musical reimagines the last weeks of Jesus Christ's life through the perspective of Judas Iscariot, exploring his relationships, struggles, and ultimate sacrifice.
Alexander Kilian leads the cast, joined by Cameron Lavi-Jones, Molly Sides, Mark Siano, Cassi Q Kohl, Mari Nelson, and Ethan Carpenter, among a large ensemble.
The creative team includes Parmida Ziaei (set design), Danielle Nieves (costumes), Robert Aguilar (lighting), Ken Travis (sound), and Jason Goldsberry (hair and makeup design).
Special events include Show Talks on May 6, Global Majority Night on May 13, and Pride Night on May 16.
