MORE ABOUT SANDBOX RADIO and OUR VENUE:
The The Sandbox Artists Collective is a group of mid-career theater artists who got together a few years ago to share resources, work together, and encourage each other to continue to develop as artists. One of our missions is to create new work together. Sandbox Radio was conceived as a way to create something fresh calling

on the talents of the playwrights, musicians and actors in our collective - in a format that could reach the largest possible audience. Think of it as a new play festival for the radio, with original music and sound effects...recorded live in front of a theater audience for podcast. We capture the feel of live performance in the recording by doing the show in front of an audience, yet give the podcast listener a full experience by crafting the material especially for the ear.

Once again we are thrilled to be recording the live show at producer (and Sandbox member) AJ Epstein's new black box theater in Fremont,West of Lenin!
