When her little brother Mac is abducted by a murder of crows, Prue McNeil and her friend Curtis must brave the brambles of the dark and mysterious forest nestled within the city limits Portland, OR to save him. Adapted and directed by SPT teaching artist Kaya Wynn, Wildwood invites audiences of all ages upon a quest through the Impassable Wilderness, a hidden world of fantastic characters caught up in the throes of violent upheaval.

"Wildwood is the adventure every Pacific Northwest child has in his or her back yard or neighborhood park," says Wynn. "More than just an adventure, Wildwood follows the growth of two young people, Prue and Curtis, as they journey through the Impassable Wilderness of Portland to find Prue's little brother. Along the way they meet talking animals, an evil queen, bandits, mystics, and a forest that comes alive right beneath their feet."

Directed by Kaya Wynn and stage managed by Bonnie McHeffey, Wildwood features the acting talents of Audrey Herrin, Aziza Barkuschwabe, Brooke Lambert, Eliza Kirk, Ella Meyers, Ellen Yealim Lee, Fernanda Corona, Grace Blackberg, Griffin Cheng, Mara Campbell-Klein, Reese Willis-Bihon, Sophia Bondi, and Tessa Weinland. The production features designs by Parker Lambert (Lights), Rusty Bauder (Sound), and Colin Radcliffe (Props & Run Crew).
