The Jolly Fisherman is a new play inspired by true events, telling the story of Alan, Amir and England. Written by John Dinneen, the production comes from multi-award winning company Kick It Anywhere, previously known for the sell-out Brixton Calling at Southwark Playhouse. The cast features Alex Hill and Jonny Khan, with Khan's credits including the Olivier-nominated The Shitheads, The Royal Court, and RSC productions of The Two Gentlemen of Verona and The Tempest.
