Musical Theatre Students from The Dance School of Scotland return to the Citizens Theatre for the 13th year.
Godspell has become one of the iconic rock musicals of all time. Based on the Gospel of St Matthew, this timeless tale of love and friendship was written by the award winning composer Stephen Schwartz.
This exciting new production for the Musical Theatre students from the Dance School of Scotland includes all the original memorable songs including 'Day by Day', 'Prepare Ye', 'All for the Best' and also from the recent Broadway revival, 'Beautiful City'.
The Dance School of Scotland is the national Centre of Excellance for Musical Theatre and students lucky enough to gain a place come from across Scotland. Funded by the Scottish Government, both a broad academic curriculum and vocational musical theatre tuition are provided.
