Zero Minus One is a darkly funny stand-up show in which comedian Eric Lampaert explores a period of total amnesia that left his mind wiped clean, forcing him to rebuild an identity from nothing. Through fractured memories, shifting perspectives and competing inner voices, the show examines what happens when the self disappears and must be reconstructed from scratch. Blending stand-up with theatrical elements, Lampaert draws on personal experiences including a divorce and time spent in Los Angeles to question memory, perception and the reliability of the stories we tell ourselves.
