LET'S TWIST AGAIN: Black Blues Brothers to Return to Edinburgh Festival Fringe

The Black Blues Brothers will return to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with LET'S TWIST AGAIN, bringing their acrobatic family show back to McEwan Hall.

Combining physical theatre, acrobatics, and music, the production follows five performers gathered around a vintage jukebox in a train station. As classic rock 'n' roll and twist-era songs begin to play, the group launches into a series of acrobatic routines featuring human pyramids, somersaults, rope work, and aerial feats.

The show is set to a soundtrack featuring music associated with artists including Glenn Miller, Keith Emerson, Elvis Presley, and Aretha Franklin. Through its blend of music and movement, the production aims to create a theatrical experience suitable for audiences of all ages.

The return engagement follows five previous Edinburgh Fringe seasons, during which the company performed for more than 65,000 audience members. Beyond Edinburgh, the Black Blues Brothers have toured internationally and appeared at events including the Royal Variety Performance. The company has also performed at the Moulin Rouge and for Pope Francis.

Known for combining circus techniques with rhythm-and-blues-inspired staging and choreography, the production continues to showcase the troupe's signature mix of athleticism, comedy, and musicality.

LET'S TWIST AGAIN returns to Edinburgh as part of the company's ongoing international touring schedule, offering audiences another opportunity to experience the acrobatic ensemble's blend of circus performance and popular music.
