HAMILTON Star Andrew Chappelle Teaches Musical Theatre Workshop in Sarasota, FL

HAMILTON Broadway star Andrew Chappelle(HAMILTON, MAMMA MIA, PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESSERT) taught a one-day musical theatre workshop at Ovation Dance Studios in Sarasota FL on April 10, in partnership with A Class Act NY, Manhattan's award-winning acting studio for kids and teens. Andrew will be back in Florida on May 22 to teach another workshop in Parkland, FL!
In Part 1 of the April 10 workshop, Andrew taught a song and dance combination to his lucky students, ages 7 and up. Andrew then led a lively Q&A and took photos with each of his students.
In Part 2, Andrew taught audition technique to a small group of young singers age 7-18. The performers sang mock auditions for Andrew, who then offered insightful feedback and coaching on their song choice, interpretation, and audition technique.
