Willam was famously kicked off season 4 of RuPaul's Drag Race, however she became a fan favorite. Detox also joined the ranks of competing on RuPaul's Drag Race season 5. Vicky Vox has toured as a vocal trainer and backup singer, and now has become one of LA's most fascinating queens. They have had huge success on their parodies, such as "Boy is Bottom" and "Chow Down". They, as a group, have toured the world performing at the Life Ball, Australia, Europe, and all across America. https://www.facebook.com/pages/DWV/189540597863534 Sasha Soprano: Heiress. Sasha Soprano who resides in both SF and Beverly Hills has become well known for her acerbic, non-apologetic, straight forward humor. She will say exactly what is on her mind, and will say what everyone is thinking. She has gained quite the following online, and translates her humor on a daily basis through her horribly twisted updates and posts via social media. Sasha has produced and starred in many of her own productions at the Castro Theatre, including: Comedy in the Castro, The Drag Queens of Comedy, and many more. She has opened for such acts as Loni Love, Pam Ann, and Coco Peru. She is the creator and founder of The Drag Queens of Comedy. She can also be seen on TV, commercials, and music videos. She was the face of Benefit Cosmetics Campaign 2011 for "Take a Picture it Lasts Longer". thedragqueensofcomedy.com Heklina is the hostess, producer, and creator of Trannyshack, SF's longest-running drag performance night club... 13 years of shocking and delighting packed audiences every Tuesday night at midnight at the STUD Bar in SF. Defying all expectations, Trannyshack incorporates everything from low brow trash to high brow performance art, and has become famous (or, infamous) worldwide as the quintessential San Francisco experience. No visit to the City is complete without a stop at Trannyshack. The club has been featured in OUT (which named it one of the top 10 reasons to move to SF), GENRE, and PAPER magazine and has won numerous Best of the Bay awards. Trannyshack has branched out its empire, with London, LA and NYC. Heklina has been seen on the E! Entertainment Network, BBC Television's AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 RAVES, and as a guest on the Jerry Springer and Ricki Lake shows. She was voted Community Grand Marshal of the 2004 San Francisco GLBTQ Pride Parade. http://www.trannyshack.com Peaches Christ is the alter-ego of writer / director Joshua Grannell. Joshua attended film school at Penn State, where his senior thesis film Jizzmopper: A Love Story won the Audience Award upon graduation. It was during the production of this film that the character Peaches Christ was born played by Joshua himself. After graduation, Joshua moved to San Francisco, inspired by the tales of the Cockettes and the bohemian, underground art scene that perpetually flourishes there. Spending his days managing Landmark Theatres' movie houses in the Bay Area, and his nights immersed in the alternative drag world of Trannyshack, Joshua soon blended the two into Midnight Mass: a summer series of classic and contemporary cult cinema that ran for 12 years at Landmark's Bridge Theatre and became the most successful midnight movie series in the nation, with notoriety coming from Joshua's infamous pre-show extravaganzas. Screening new classics like Purple Rain and Showgirls, Midnight Mass is a pilgrimage, a house-party, street theatre and a movie screening all rolled into one. Special guests have included Elvira, Linda Blair, John Waters, Tura Satana, Mink Stole, Ru Paul and Mary Woronov. Peaches Christ has been featured on VH1's Totally Gay!, AMC's "Movies That Shook the World", and is featured in Gus Van Sant's Academy Award-winning filmMilk. In 2007 HDNet provided Peaches Christ with a national TV series, entitled "Midnight Mass With Your Hostess Peaches Christ" produced by Mark Cuban. In 2007, to celebrate a "Decade Of Peaches Christ" in SF, the DeYoung Museum mounted a retrospective celebrating the artwork created for and inspired by Peaches Christ. In 2010, Ms. Christ is the face of a city-wide marketing campaign celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the SFMOMA. Joshua Grannell is also the writer and director of the feature film All About Evil. The movie is a loving homage cult films as well as a celebration of surviving neighborhood movie houses. The movie suggests we should go to any length to save these old theatres... any length whatsoever. The award-winning dark comedy gore film stars Natasha Lyonne, Thomas Dekker, Cassandra Peterson, Mink Stole, and Peaches Christ herself. For it's unique theatrical release, the film went on a cross-country tour (a la William Castle) and featured the "Peaches Christ Experience in 4-D" as part of its presentation. Peaches joined stars from the movie to create a fully-realized stage-showspooktacular that preceded festival screenings and premieres. The film has received rave reviews from genre critics and fans world-wide and has won a number of film festival awards. The film is now available on DVD and screens regularly on cable TV (NBC / Universal's Chiller Network). For the past several years she has produced mega-events at the historic SF movie palace, the Castro Theatre and have featured special guest stars Cloris Leachman, Appolonia, Barry Bostwick, Sharon Needles, and Pam Grier. Joshua Grannell is currently the CEO and President of Peaches Christ Productions. He's also a professor teaching filmmaking and performance through character creation at the San Francisco Art Institute. Joshua is currently developing a new feature film; a wicked dark comedy set in an old San Franciscan church run by former child stars. http://peacheschrist.com/
