Spreckels to Offer 'Kids Free' for this Weekend's GUYS AND DOLLS

Spreckels Theatre Company in Rohnert Park has just announced "Kids Free" performances for its current production of the classic musical "Guys and Dolls."
Kids 12-years old and under (accompanied by an adult) will be admitted free to "Guys and Dolls" performances presented at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17 and Saturday, Oct. 18 and 2 p.m. matinees on Saturday, Oct. 18 and Sunday, Oct. 19. With Damon Runyon's lovable and comedic characters and Frank Loesser's crowd pleasing score, the classic Broadway musical "Guys and Dolls" is a sure bet for all ages with its lovable characters including gamblers, night-club entertainers and Salvation Army do-gooders and classic show tunes including "Fugue for Tinhorns," "Bushel and a Peck," "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat" and "Luck Be A Lady." This main stage production is presented with the new Paradyne projection system, developed by Spreckels Performing Arts Center, combining still images and animations to create multiple backdrop effects - creating a visual aesthetic that's exciting and visually surprising for audiences of the 21st Century.
