Spreckels Theatre Company in Rohnert Park has just announced "Kids Free" performances for its current production of the classic musical "Guys and Dolls."

Kids 12-years old and under (accompanied by an adult) will be admitted free to "Guys and Dolls" performances presented at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17 and Saturday, Oct. 18 and 2 p.m. matinees on Saturday, Oct. 18 and Sunday, Oct. 19.

With Damon Runyon's lovable and comedic characters and Frank Loesser's crowd pleasing score, the classic Broadway musical "Guys and Dolls" is a sure bet for all ages with its lovable characters including gamblers, night-club entertainers and Salvation Army do-gooders and classic show tunes including "Fugue for Tinhorns," "Bushel and a Peck," "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat" and "Luck Be A Lady."

This main stage production is presented with the new Paradyne projection system, developed by Spreckels Performing Arts Center, combining still images and animations to create multiple backdrop effects - creating a visual aesthetic that's exciting and visually surprising for audiences of the 21st Century.
