Sierra Boggess Coming to Venetian Room in December
Bay Area Cabaret presents Broadway star and Olivier Award nominee Sierra Boggess in a brand new solo concert "Finding the Balance" on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at 5pm at the Venetian Room of the Fairmont San Francisco.
Ms. Boggess received Drama Desk and Drama League Award nominations for Best Actress in a Musical for her Broadway debut as "Ariel" in The Little Mermaid. In 2009, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber cast her as Christine Daae for the world premiere of the Phantom of the Opera sequel, Love Never Dies, in London, for which she received an Olivier Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical. She reprised her role as Christine for the 25th Anniversary concert of The Phantom of the Opera At The Royal Albert Hall in London and recently returned to Broadway to star in The Phantom of the Opera, opposite Norm Lewis. Other works include the Encores! concert production of Music in the Air and the Broadway revival of Master Class. She also released her first solo album, Awakening: Live At 54 Below, in 2013.
