A mother and son in a battle of wills. A lover in between.. A play about right now...
Plot: Jack and Dave have lived together for twenty years as domestic partners. Jack's father dies abruptly without ever having told Jack he was ill. Jack's mother Doreen is suddenly homeless as a result of poor financial planning on the part of her and her husband. Jack and Dave take her in and, in spite of tensions, there seems to be the possibility of happy coexistence. But secrets about the past and present are soon revealed and the tensions quickly become unendurable.
Theatre Rhinoceros, America's longest running professional queer theatre, develops and produces works of theatre that enlighten, enrich, and explore both the ordinary and extraordinary aspects of our queer community.
