EDMT Executive Producer Steps Down
EDMT's executive director has stepped down. The Theater has issued a statement: "One of the bright lights that has made EDMT such an amazing organization since it was founded 8 years ago is Jeanette Caruso. She has brought excitement, energy, and vision to the company along with an exceptional ability to face challenges and make the impossible, possible. EDMT couldn't have had a more dedicated champion over the years.
Unfortunately, that is changing.
Another business has recognized Jeanette's talent and ability to produce amazing results and has made her an offer that is just too good for her to pass up. At the beginning of November, Jeanette will step down as our full-time Executive Producer.
She will be continuing to assist EDMT on a volunteer basis and will focus on helping in the key areas where her expertise is so valuable. We're very pleased and grateful to have her remain a part of the EDMT family.
This news also means that we are beginning our search for a new Executive Producer. The Board of Directors is looking at how we might restructure roles and responsibilities on the administrative side of EDMT so we can best succeed in the future.
We are in a time of transition. If you have any thoughts about someone who might make an excellent Executive Producer for EDMT or If you are interested yourself, please contact the theater.
