Straight off the musical sheets of Grammy award winning composer Henry Krieger, CMT San Jose will present another of his musical works, Side Show, running July 25 to August 3 at the Montgomery Theater in San Jose.

Side Show received four Tony nominations for its run on Broadway, as CMT, the 46-year old theater company, tackles the work for the third time under the direction of artistic director Kevin R. Hauge. It is also currently under a revival, working its way around the country to the delight of audiences.

The musical follows the story of real-life conjoined twins, Violet and Daisy Hilton, who were a part of 1930s traveling circus act. The musical score is just as powerful as Krieger's work with Dreamgirls, of which he won a Grammy Award for.

Tickets are $24 for adults and $18 for children and are available online at www.cmtsj.org/tickets or by calling (408) 288-5437.

CMT also announced its 47th season in July, with subscriptions being taken online for titles such as Disney's Mary Poppins, Sound of Music, Jekyll and Hyde, Into the Woods and Green Day's American Idiot.
