Box of Clowns Presents MOM? A Comedy of Mourners at San Francisco Fringe Festival 2015
Box of Clowns will present "Mom?" A Comedy of Mourners, a play about three clown siblings mourning the loss of their mother, as part of the 16-day San Francisco Fringe Festival, September 11 through 26, 2015. "Mom?" A Comedy of Mourners plays September 12, 13, 19, 20 and 24 at EXIT Theatre.
Death can be scary. So can clowns. But what if they weren't? "Mom?" A Comedy of Mourners is a show of "sharp, beautifully-timed, elegant, physical comedy" (Plank Magazine, Vancouver). "Box of Clowns hits us over the head - and smacks us in the face, and nearly knocks us off the edge of a cliff - with the idea that humor can and does exist in death, and everywhere else for that matter." (The Oregonian). Now in its 24th year, the San Francisco Fringe Festival brings fresh, daring, exciting theatre of all varieties to open-minded audiences of all persuasions.
