Bay Area Children's Theatre Launches National Tour Of PEG + CAT Live! In Castro Valley

Bay Area Children's Theatre (BACT) opens its national tour of Peg + Cat Live! - a lively musical based on the Emmy-winning PBS Kids show, PEG + CAT -- with performances Saturday, January 26, at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the Castro Valley Center for the Arts, 19501 Redwood Road, Castro Valley 94546.

When Peg's mom asks her to mail some important letters, she and Cat come face to face with a really big dog. Really Big Problem! They'll need to count on each other, and the audience too, before they can say, "Problem solved!"

Peg + Cat Live!, created by Billy Aronson and Jennifer Oxley, features comedy, favorite songs that children will know from the animated television series, Peg's cool pal Ramone, lots of math, and, of course, a ukulele. Hannah Dworkin directs.
