Steve Silver's BEACH BLANKET BABYLON, the nation's longest running musical revue, rings in 2009 with two special New Year's Eve performances on Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Tickets for these performances go on sale Monday, November 10th.

Guests attending the 7 p.m. show receive champagne and See's chocolates. The second show, at 10:15 p.m., ends at the stroke of midnight and features a pastiche of the best and worst of 2007 - Beach Blanket Babylon style - as well as champagne and See's chocolates, followed by dancing until 1:30 a.m.

The New Year's Eve Extravaganza also includes a chorus line of tap dancing Christmas trees, special parodies of traditional Christmas carols and a gigantic Yuletide hat. Snow White continues her fast-paced musical journey around the world in search of her "Prince Charming" and encounters a star-studded, ever-changing line-up of hilarious pop-culture characters along the way.

The show will be performed at Club Fugazi, 678 Beach Blanket Babylon Blvd. (formerly Green St.)
San Francisco, CA.
