3Girls3 Bring Bacharach Tribute to Empire Plush Room 11/19
Heather Moran, Marymonica Thomas and Gail Becker of 3Girls3 will perform "Back to Bacharach - A Tribute" at San Francisco's The Empire Plush Room on Monday November 19 at 8PM.
"This delightful show is a entertaining and exciting celebration of the music of Burt Bacharach. Although Heather Moran, Gail Becker and Marymonica Thomas are professional solo performers, their unique arrangements and beautiful three part harmonies make this show one that should not be missed," state press notes.
Songs include "Close To You", "I'll Never Fall In Love Again", "Walk On By", "One Less Bell To Answer", "Alfie", and "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head".
Gail Becker, Heather Moran, and Marymonica Thomas bring their richly flavored voices, versatility, and exquisite song stylings to 3Girls3. This trio combines three part harmonies, stunning solos, and dramatic duets to create a cabaret show unlike any other. The girls take classic Burt Bacharach songs and give them an extraordinary twist with fresh new arrangements, many arranged by critically acclaimed Chicago and Off Broadway composer and lyricist Jon Steinhagen. Steve Carson serves as musical director for the show. 3Girls3 performed this wonderful show to oversold crowds in Chicago this summer and again in the fall and are in the works to take the show on the road in the spring.
