On Golden Pond is the story of one familys struggle with age, disappointment, regret, rage, love withheld, and love unspoken. With humor and pain, these issues and conflicts in their relationships are courageously faced by a couple in the twilight years of a long marriage and among the family members over the span of a summer spent at the family summer home on a lake called Golden Pond.
