SEAT YOURSELF For Bway/SD's 2010-2011 Season 7/31

Broadway/San Diego ~ A Nederlander Presentation invites all theatre-lovers to JOIN US for a SEAT YOURSELF event at the SAN DIEGO CIVIC THEATRE (1100 3rd Avenue, 3rd and B Street) this SATURDAY, JULY 31, from 10AM til NOON to select your own seat locations for our 34th Season of great theatre with a variety of choices for all audiences. We offer the hottest ticket in town to ten of Broadway's best, from classic musicals to rock icons to beloved family fare - not to mention dance!

This will be a great opportunity: for those who are interested in purchasing Season Tickets to the Broadway/San Diego 2010-2011 Season to choose their own locations for the six shows that will be in the Civic Theatre, including Shrek The Musical, West Side Story, Hair, Burn The Floor, The Wizard Of Oz and Disney's Beauty And The Beast. The seventh show, Next To Normal, is in the Balboa Theatre, and can be purchased as part of a package that same day. Special packages can be created for those who wish to see the great encore engagements of The Color Purple, Mamma Mia! and Stomp as well!

The first 50 pairs of season tickets purchased on this day will receive a $25 gift certificate to Sammy's Restaurant! (one certificate per pair of season tickets). There will also be a fundraising component to help raise money for Rady's Children's Hospital!

Broadway/San Diego staff will be on hand to assist patrons interested in taking a look at the seats available in different areas of the theatre, and choosing their own seat. Available seat locations will be pre-identified, and the entire process could take mere minutes from choosing a seat location to making a purchase and walking out the door for lunch at Sammy's.

Special Opportunities/New Packages Available Onsite on Saturday Include:
- NBC Wednesday Nights - a package that will include special pre-theatre food and drink specials at the theatre and post performance Actor Chatback co-hosted by NBC 7/39 News personalities (standard package prices). All purchasers of this package will receive a full color embroidered NBC 7/39 baseball cap (one cap per order).

- Balcony Cloud Seats - Our Lowest Priced Season Ticket Package Ever: these upper balcony section C seats will be sold at a discount of 42% off of regular season ticket prices in that section. 89 packages available for only $89!!! Fundraising Component: Rady's Children's Hospital has sent invitations to those on its outreach/donor list. A donation to Rady's Children's Hospital will be made by Broadway/San Diego for anyone who comes with one of these invitations and makes a purchase. For this event on Saturday only, the donation will be $70 or $35 for purchases in price levels A & B, and $200 for each President's Club® purchase of $4,250 and above.
