Broadway World Award-winner Robyn Spangler brings her show "Why I Love Linda Ronstadt" to Martinis Above Fourth. Linda Ronstadt is best known as the queen of the "rock ballad" with her string of hits in the late 60's and early 70's but that's just the beginning of a four plus decade career in music that includes almost every genre. Those who have heard Robyn sing know that crossing genres is what drew her to showcase Ronstadt's career. With Musical Director (and San Diego favorite) Todd Schroeder. Join Robyn for an evening of music, fun a few surprises.....and a little Linda.
Robyn has recorded two albums with o.p. records. "On A Liquid Afternoon" and "Why I Love Linda Ronstadt" as well as two singles "Consider Reconsidering Me" written by platinum selling songwriter Kevin Fisher and her single "Second Wind" co-penned with fellow Broadway World Award- winner Todd Schroeder which went to #1 for two weeks on ReverbNation.
