Learn what drew them to play, their favorite scenes, and more.
BroadwayWorld has your exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at Alien Girls at The Old Globe! Hear from cast members Brittany Bradford and Emma Ramos, as they share of the world premiere play by Amy Berryman and directed by Jaki Bradley.
About what drew her to the play, Bradford shared, "How do you maintain friendships when you yourself are trying to change? How do you do certain adult things that maybe you thought you were or were not supposed to do, while also maintaining your art form as well? How do you mirror ambition with life? Which I think is a constant conversation that I'm trying to have with myself."
Performances run through May 10, 2026 in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe’s Conrad Prebys Theatre Center in San Diego’s Balboa Park.
Tiffany is pregnant. Her Best Friend, Carolyn, is trying to be happy for her, but failing. When Carolyn's true feelings become public in the form of an essay that goes viral, the fallout may be irreparable. Time traveling through decades of friendship between two writers on the brink of huge life changes, Alien Girls is about the tension between creating art and creating life.
